“Sent wrong end clips. And they basically call you a liar when you tell them that the composite decking frame wood that was sent was the wrong size. The screws for the frame thatcame with it was rubbish .”

“The product itself is absolutely excellent. However the website offer of free delivery was blatantly misleading. There is no free delivery so please expect to pay an extra £60. I contacted them by phone about this and they had no reason or explanation. Just good old-fashioned marketing deception!”

“We ordered this kit to create a level area in our garden that slopes in all directions. We had to get extra wood just to accommodate the slopes & drop where it was going We’re really pleased with the results so far. It will look lovely next summer. Savoy Timber were really helpful and lovely”
