“Good value but customer service is terrible. Delivery driver is the only one who seems to care about the customer, very polite, also apologetic and went up and above what he needed to do. 13 hr Delivery slot Tuesday but arrived Wednesday with no phone call from Savoy team, parts missing which had to be delivered three days later by royal mail. Called Savoy several times to be told the person I needed was away from her desk, no apology from anyone apart from the driver who is an asset to the company, he had that many drops on he was never going to make them all in the time slots. Maybe going forward a bit of comunication with the customer would help.”
