“Delivery and driver spot on. The kit comes with plenty of screws and the timber is good quality and quite straight. I opted for deluxe kit. No sawing other than inner joists and went down perfect . Put decking oil on and looks perfect.”

“Can't review this as I never received it. The delivery process was a mess from start to finish. After two aborted delivery attempts and some very poor communication I was offered a refund. Savoy were clearly let down by the courier company but as they say show me the company you keep and I'll tell you who you are... Some people were polite to me along the way but overall the experience was pretty unsatisfactory and I found the communication (or rather lack of) unsatisfactory overall. Despite being promised it a couple of days ago I have yet to see the promised refund appear in my PayPal either so hopefully I won't have to spend time chasing that too. UPDATE - 2 weeks later... NO REFUND RIDICULOUS”
