“Very disappointing service!! We ordered this decking and we received no email or update about delivery so nobody was at home to accept it or sign for it, they had left it in an open car port and when coming home from work, it was obvious someone had stolen it! There was no card put through the door to say they had attempted delivery, and they went directly against policy which is that it must be checked over and signed for upon delivery! I have been in contact with them 3 times but I have received no response! Absolutely fuming, £350 down the drain!”
