“This decking kit was solidly made, very well finished, there were no warps in the wood and all the boards and bearers were cut quite precisely to size. The instructions (downloaded from the Savoy website) were very clear and straightforward. It was also very good value. Very happy with this purchase. I should also add that the Savoy staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful with telephone and e-mail communications.”

“The decking arrived on time and was put into the garage by your driver, so far so good, but the instructions were for Slot Down Composter not for the decking ordered. Consequently there were a few pieces left over with no idea where they were supposed to go.”
