“Great service & prompt delivery Almost 5 stars but the 2.4m lengths weren’t all exactly 2.4m long! So for one side of the decking I had them all aligned but had to “hide” the miss matched ends under a covering thin length Also please note the 1.8m width isn’t actually 1.8m because the thickness of the frame beam actually makes it about 1.9m Otherwise very pleased with the results & plenty of screws left over for other projects”

“Delivery took quite a bit longer than the 7 days quoted and there was no communication from the courier, luckily I was in! When I unpacked the wood, one of the panels had a split it in, phoned customer service who fobbed me off with an email address to send a picture to. I sent this straight away and didn’t get any response. Had to glue and pin the damaged panel. Not exactly “deluxe”.”
