“Product looks great (also bought the additional kit), however, no instructions were included, tried looking on line to no avail, requested via help line, still no response so who knows what it will look like once up? Would really like some instructions please.”

“The kits arrived within the week. The wood is generally good condition, of course being a what it is there is the on scuff and mark although nothing to worry about when further treated. The only sticking point was I received no contact for the delivery company and returned home to find the kit laid out on the driveway. That said I would use again.”

“Spindles were fine , however once we received our complete order, they are different from the others ! They just plain square which are not what we ordered!”
