“This tanilised timber is just what I needed to create a new strawberry bed in my veg plot - sleepers on a small scale and much cheaper! Ordering on-line was simple using Savoy's website and the following day I received a phone call about delivery. I could have the same day or a date the following week - I opted for a later date. Delivery was made on the due date at 9.30a.m. The delivery driver was a big lad and much to my admiration, he hoisted 6 x 6ft planks onto one shoulder, strolled round to the back of the house and left them where I asked. Overall, a most satisfactory transaction and at a very good price too!”

“Very swift at the counter,though a bit like passing the buck! Was told to go in the yard, nobody about, felt a little awkward, asked 2 people if they worked there as they were wearing black tops, only to be told no, looked for 5 minutes then found someone on a forklift talking to another member of staff, but felt awkward, not good for a company trying to promote DIY ers!!”
