“I ordered a 3mt x 3mt decking from you on 31st. The kit was delivered on 3rd June but 6 of the framing joists were missing from the order. That's when the problems started. I contacted you every day to find when the missing items were going to be delivered. They finally delivered on 17th June after I was told on numerous occasions that it would be delivered different days before this. I had to cancel workman who were supposed to lay the decking. I had to arrange for people to be in the house for the the delivery which didn't turn up. The service was absolutely shocking I will not use Savoy again or recommend you to anyone.”
