“The website recommended I bought 4 packs of decking clips but I only needed 2 packs. I returned two packs to the Preston branch and received a no quibble refund - the staff there were courteous and very obliging.”

“This is a well-thought-out method of fixing. Good to find a product that has obviously been developed first from a prototype on the bench and field tested before going to production. The boards grew at a pace I was very pleased with and we finished in just a few hours.”

“The decking clips are not as robust as I was expecting. Given that the composite joists are hollow this means that they feel less robust than I was expecting.”
