“Good morning. I was disappointed in the quality of the decking boards. There are a lot of knots in the wood, some of the boards are splintering which is not giving a smooth edge. Some of the boards are 30mm thick and not the 28mm as ordered again causing difficulties in matching up the boards. I only ordered from Savoy because you were able to provide 6m lengths against BandQ and Wickes.”

“I purchased 6-metre boards from this company, and unfortunately, they arrived damaged — with bends, cracks, and holes, particularly at the ends. When I contacted customer service, I was told that this was “the nature of the product,” which I found unacceptable. The lack of accountability and poor response from their support team was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.”
