“We ordered quite a few decking boards from Savoy, delivery was on the date stated, there were a couple of damaged ones but no issue, delivery driver reported them amd they were sent out very quickly, delivery driver, Bart was amazing, really friendly and helpful. Would use Savoy again”

“Overall, I am pleased with my order. There were a large number of knots in the wood, but this doesn’t seem to cause any problems. Delivery was quick, although I wasn’t informed exactly when my order was going to be delivered. Savoy Timber was the only company I could find that supplied 5.4m lengths, which is what I required. They also provide 6m lengths. Most suppliers had 4.8m as their maximum length. The price was competitive too, so I am satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend Savoy Timber.”

“Good quality timber, delivered on the date they said they’d deliver. One decking plan was broken during unloading from the lorry but a replacement was delivered without any problems. Really pleased with the deck we’ve built. Just a few finishing touches to go!”

“QUALITY PRODUCT EXCELLENT DELIVERY DRIVER WHO WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. I CANNOT RECOMMEND SAVOY TIMBER ENOUGH, IT MAKES A REFRESHING CHANGE TO HAVE A DELIVERY DRIVER WHO IS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. THANK YOU TO SAVOY.”

“Ordered 5.4m deluxe decking boards on 26/3/26 and delivered on 15/4/26. One small drawback was that delivery time was stated to be between 7am and 8pm. Just before delivery date I did speak to Savoy to see if time could be narrowed down, but unfortunately not. I was advised that I would receive a call about an hour before delivery, but this did not happen, and their lorry arrived at 9am. The driver off loaded my order, to the side of my house, and whilst I was moving them to the rear of my property, he drove off without leaving any paperwork, or checking with me that the order was all in order. Upon inspection I found a couple of damaged boards and 4 with a number of significant knot holes. I sent pictures immediately to Savoy, and they were as good as gold about it, and couriered replacement boards within 4 days. It is very difficult to find suppliers of decking boards of this length, so I didn't have much option but to buy from them. However , the service I got from the depot was first class, and I would definitely recommend them.”
