“Average price, communication was great and delivery went smooth. Quality of product was questionable - see pics All pieces were the same, driver said I could refuse delivery but I had a short window to do this job so kept order. Most pieces were like the pics”

“The boards themselves were ok. Lots of them were twisted. The service I received on delivery however, was shocking. The delivery man was so rude and dumped the wood in my front garden,leaving it on show for anyone to come and steal it. I paid £60.00 to have it all dumped basically on the street. When I asked for his help to get it Into my back garden, his response was ‘I’m not taking it all the way through there love’ I won’t be ordering from them again.”

“Three boards missing on delivery. A large delivery, 180 off various sizes. But after a quick phone call all resolved with no fuss. Excellent product and service. Would highly recommend company.”
