“Very disappointed that out of 33 boards 12 were delivered damaged and the delivery was short of 1 board. I was advised that the replacements would be Friday 21st May, this has now been delayed to week commencing 24th May. Additionally the courier company they use are useless Tuffnells, they expect you to be available 8am to 6pm to accept delivery. The decking boards were all loose in the back of their lorry. Not a good experience.”

“Hoped to lay the boards smooth side up (proper way according to joiner and Google!) but too many boards had faults on that face, so laid them the ridged side up. Look good, nice colours.”
