“Firstly, price and product are good, but where I have been let down is with delivery. It does clearly state a 14 day delivery aim, but that is more of a 14 day then it'll be picked up by Tuffnells for dispatch. Again, that's okay, but then it went down hill with Tuffnell. Did not show up on original date of delivery, support couldn't reach depot, no driver would respond, argumentative support about first day delivery which "wasn't actually on their system so my email confirming that date and time must not be correct?", then my 'upgraded pre noon' delivery next day did not turn up as promised for a further 3 hours, only to be met by one guy on a mobile who didn't acknowledge me, and another who just asked where I wanted my boards which were as quickly as possible thrown onto the drive, stacked, but pretty much thrown down... I get it's a hard job and a heavy product but a bit more care with the product would have been nice considering the thousands I paid. All in all, Savoy, you were okay, prices good, support okay, but hour delivery partners were shocking in my opinion.”
