“after being recomended very disapointed buying a kit you expect everything to fit. Frame work was good quality of wood good but whoever was cutting the decking boards was shocking they ranged from 2425mm down to 2390mm could cut the ones to long but had 9 lenghs too short even when they sent replacements still too short. so measure every board before you start as i paid someone to build the frame and then they didnt fit. appaling customer service.”

“Boards arrived in excellent condition, wood can often be delivered a little blemished but no blemishes, damage etc seen, so far so good. Value seems good. Delivery arrived when indicated, Stuart happy to help deliver to where needed, a good soul and representative of Savoy. I am placing a further order, hopefully same experience.”
