“I cannot comment on the quality of the decking boards as I never received them and after 2 full days of waiting I cancelled my order. Shocking delivery service with no communication. I ordered a day later with another company who delivered my decking within 4 days, told me in advance rough time for delivery, then texted me 20 minutes before delivery. Savoy timber can definitely learn from other companies because your delivery service is utterly shocking & shambolic.”

“I used Savoy timber as I was able to pay a premium to ensure a delivery on the next working day. The order was placed on bank holiday Saturday and whilst I expected the office to be closed until Tuesday I expected my delivery to be received on Wednesday. It wasn’t received until Thursday lunchtime . My fitter was then not available again until this week when it hasn’t stopped raining. The product itself is good but I felt stung on the hefty extra fee for next working day delivery when it wasn’t delivered as promised. This was disappointing”
