“Boards are really flimsy and not 19mm. 17mm at the end and 16mm in the middle. Lots of boards have a rough finish and are not smooth.”

“As this was value decking I didn’t expect to much, in general not to bad but because of the thinness of the board 4 was quite badly warped two boards were damaged and unusable as a full length”

“We purchased the delux decking kit waited about a while for delivery as it was over a bank holiday. When the kit arrived the top decking board was split so i contacted Savoy timber straight away and once I had sent a picture they sent a replacement straight away. When making up the timber we found one of the base planks was warped so again after I sent a picture they agreed to send a replacement but as we needed to get on with making up the decking we agreed to purchase one locally and they would refund me for the plank. We received the replacement decking board but unfortunately it was the wrong one so we decided again we would purchase one locally and they would issue me a refund for both planks. On the whole yes we did have some problems but it was very easily resolved, easy to contact Savoy timber staff were very pleasant and apologetic and came to a good conclusion. I would definitely use this company again.”
