Dear Natalia, Thank you for your honest feedback, and we truly understand your frustration. We’re very sorry that your first experience with us has been impacted by this delay. To clarify: Your order was received on 24th November and dispatched on 26th November. Tracking details were sent to you on the same day. All import taxes and duties were paid in advance by us to avoid additional costs on delivery. Due to customs and logistics processes, tracking updates are only visible once parcels arrive in France. This can unfortunately create the impression that nothing is happening in the meantime. Your parcel has now departed the French sorting depot as of 18 December, and delivery should be imminent. We completely agree: your delivery has taken too long. At this time of year, international deliveries are more vulnerable to disruption — something sadly beyond our control. But we’re always here to follow up and assist if there are concerns. Once your parcel arrives, we trust that the results will speak for themselves.
