“As earlier stated, ordered two letters, one arrived and one did not. Which we could blame on the Postal Service, BUT I contacted the company twice and never got a correction, credit, or ANY appropriate response. With that said, the one letter, I don't know if it was this one or the other, that did arrive was good. The personal information included fascinated the child (6). I think the second child WOULD have liked the letter, but we will never know now.”
