“I love your Santa letters, but the recent postcards i ordered i'm not at all happy with.. I didnt realise that they were accual post cards sent in the post for all to read, so now everybody who works at royal mail who has read the post cards, know my childrens name, school, age and friends. Not at all happy. I'm very concious about keeping my children safe and dont post them online yet this was clear for all to read. Really not good. I would of prefered them to come in an envelope.”
