“The letter is lovely and the designs are plentiful to choose from but it really bugs me that you get the option to select the terminology I.e Father Christmas or Santa Claus. I always select Father Christmas so it’s signed off from him but throughout the letter references are made to mrs Claus and santas elves. It’s a small detail but one that I personally can’t get past.”

“Lovely letter, a nice keepsake for my nephews 1st Christmas. Would have loved to added some more personalisation (more family members names, achievements etc) but there was not enough characters allowed.”
