“I buy these letters every year for my kids and nieces, but this is the first year I've tried the AI ones and I was pleasantly surprised. Written really nicely and could add in any little details to it. I just wish there was an option to change any word in the letter, as I didn't want the whole thing regenerated as it was mostly perfect, but I just wanted to change one phrase but couldn't unfortunately - a tweak for 2026 pleaseeee? Otherwise I'm really impressed with these and will continue to buy when on offer”
