“Really added the magic of Christmas and being able to personalize it so much, was perfect. The only reason why I've not given it a 5 is because you can't take sections from one version into another, you can't keep the top paragraph for example and just change the third paragraph. Using artificial intelligence really helped with the creativity and personalization so it didn't sound like it was from me as Mummy.”
