“I have been ordering my Santa's letters from you fir 14 years and always find it a fun activity selecting the wrote letter etc because with just a few tweaks I can make it so personalised. However. This year you have surpassed yourselves. The AI generated letters are amazing... with a few selective words about the child a very personalised letter comes back and if not quite right then just reset it until you have the perfect combination. 10/10 - looking forward to next year”
