“Very easy to complete online and used the AI which threw out fantastic letters in only a few seconds. By outting in just a little information about the child you got a very personalised letter- would be even better if you knew the child well and could put in more details. I completed two for family who are visiting form abroad who were anxious Santa should know where they were staying! His letter reassured them . I haven't seen the actual letters to be able to comment on the quality of the paper, printing or inks but have seen a photo and they look good. Very quick service- Santas post seemed to arrive quicker than my cards I sent via Royal Mail . Would definitely recommend and will use again next year. Both letters arrived the same day too which was very useful.”
