“Santa's (Father Christmas to my great granddaughter) letter was absolutely lovely especially as it included a personal knowledge of her friends etc. My only adverse comment of this AI letter was that I had to correct a spelling mistake of English grammer - but this was quickly corrected by a very thoughtful and caring customer service.”
