“Postcard didn’t arrive. Contacted to state this and had one response saying they couldn’t find my order. Replied with proof of my order and still heard nothing back. Disappointed as this is my first issue with them.”

“My granddaughter is facinated by the corresspondence from Santa (9 years old) wich she has been recieveing them for several years. She was amazed when she met him in Lapland and thought he was clever to be able to speak so many languages. The cards and letters add sparkle throughout the year. Thank you so much”
