“Very nice letter content ! The issue I have is the way you put out your offers. You put one offer out then you say act now as time is running out so I ordered straight away then you put out another offer which is better & you do this all the time ! I had to email to cancel my original order to then order the better one it is so frustrating. Please think of your loyal customers & offer the best deal straight away !”
