“I ordered an Easter letter having purchased from the same company previously. After a week, my order tracking hadn’t updated and I hadn’t received my order. After 4 emails chasing with no replies, I got a reply saying it was still being processed. After 3 more days and 5 emails, I was told I had selected the option to have my Easter letter sent on the 1st August!!! Despite explaining no such option was made highlighting what a ridiculous statement that was, they still didn’t resolve the issue. I informed them I would be contacting my bank due to false statements and having taken my payment…… they sent the letter that afternoon! Disgusting customer service. Very disappointed after having purchased from them for 9 years. Replies few and far between and when they did, of no help.”

“I purchased 2 for our grandchildren & they loved them...Bethany & Albie thought they were really cool. Would definitely reccomend as they are a nice surprise as the children don't expect it.”
