“I contacted company as I had ordered twice, due to receiving email saying I hadn’t ordered but I did. I emailed asking for one to be cancelled as didn’t want to ruin the magic by receiving two letters.. I was told by email this was done unfortunately it wasn’t and two arrived. Luckily I was able to intercept it before daughter saw it”
