“Ordered well in advance to be posted on the 1st November received an email telling me it had been posted it is now the 9th November and we have still not received it. Have used this company before with no problems so very disappointed. Footnote: after emailing the support team they arranged for a replacement letter package to be sent out can’t fault the efficient and pleasant way my problem was dealt with. Service like this is hard to find these days, my disappointment was misplaced. Excellent.”
