“Brilliant idea. Putting your known information in to make it seem like Santa knows exactly what you’ve been up to is so good. To see the little ones faces light up when they receive it and then read it is wonderful. I order these letters every year and never have they let me down.”

“The children loved their letters and it was made more real by being able to personalise them. My only problem was that 2 of the letters were meant to have a text from Santa as well but only one was received”
