Hello Sophie Thank you for your message. I am very sorry to hear that your letter has not arrived yet. I have just checked and it was posted on the 28th November. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are causing a lot of delays at the moment. Many letters seem to be taking a couple of weeks to arrive, rest assured your letter is on it's way and should arrive soon.

“As outlined above, my only criticism is the wording seemed to be the same as last year! It would be great to change it a bit from year to year. Great service though I love it and wonderful value.”
