“I didn’t receive my order, after making a complaint it took salons direct and myself going back and forth with the delivery provider before I received a refund 2-3 weeks later. This however wasn’t a full refund and I had to request the delivery charges were also refunded as I didn’t receive the order.
Not sure what the issue was, glad it was resolved however being my first time shopping with salons direct, I don’t have full confidence in shopping with them again.”
