“I ordered this dress following SampP size chart. (XL) It was lovely but unfortunately too big. I returned it as it was way to big I decided to try the medium as the next size down was not available. The M was just a tad too small. So I returned both sizes. $30 in postage so far. Received credits for both dresses not refunded and I was unable to wait for my size to be available as the event was soon. ( My sized did not become available, even now)!
So I have an almost $00 credit with no sign of a garment I want to purchase or anything I want isn’t available in my size.. or many sizes at all. And I’m $30 out of pocket for postage.
I loved the dress however can one afford to try on garments when the only option is a credit and postage for the sheer luxury’ of be able to try the garment.
I will now only shop online with shops that offer refunds.”
