Brooks’ new lightweight midsole compound - DNA LOFT 2 - gives a soft feeling as the foot touches the ground but without loss of responsiveness and durability. “The Men’s Brooks Ghost 15 are a great pair of running shoes to train in. They a decent weight and are not too cushioned. (Thank you, Brooks, for not following that oddball trend to add so much cushioning to trainers that they look like Spice Girl shoes.) My only quibble is the width runs slightly narrow so I wouldn’t have them on for too long—just train in them then remove them as soon as possible. Thank you.”
