“For a track spike, these are nice and comfy and cushioned, with decent stability. I have slightly wide feet but the upper is forgiving enough and the lacing allows some fine tuning of the fit. I'm sure other track spikes can be considerably lighter, but I was after something more like an old racing flat with spikes, and these fit the bill nicely.”
