The improved Ballistic Rock shield, gusset tongue, gaiter attachment and the sticky TrailTack rubber make this popular trail shoe the ideal vehicle for high performance across any distance. “I've always found that Brooks Ghost is a good fit for my wide (2E) feet when road running so the Brooks Cascadia seemed a safe choice for me as a trail alternative. Happy to report that the fit and padding is very similar to the Ghost. The extra tread on the Cascadia provides excellent grip, even on the most demanding trails. Very happy with the Cascadia and I can recommend it without reservation.”

“The running shoes were very good indeed! Use to wear Mizuno but couldn’t find them anymore The Brooks cascada 16 2E are a good replacement Fit just right I’m a size 8 and ordered a size 8.5 perfect! Run and Become are excellent! Very very helpful They helped me to find the shoes for trail run in the forest Can’t fault them and can’t fault the shoes so far! Would order again in the future at run and become”
