Two millimetres of light DNA LOFT v2 cushioning have been added to the midsole of the Cascadia 16 to make this superb trail shoe even more comfortable. Small improvements, like the upgraded Ballistic Rock shield, the new gusset tongue, the added drainage ports and the TrailTack rubber mean this popular trainer is now seriously high-tech, capable of conquering even the most hazardous of trails. “Great personal service from Run and Become. When I outlined my requirements for a running shoe, I was given a choice of 3-4 brands which I tried on in the shop. They ordered my size to be delivered to my home and it arrived promptly. I am very happy with this running shoe, it is a wide fitting and a comfortable fit. It is light and breathable with a flexible, grippy sole which absorbs pressure. The only improvement would be a slightly narrower fitting at the heel ☺”
