“Bought to replace a pair of Mizuno Breath Thermo gloves which were made from a fabric that generates some heat as you sweat. It does work, but the fabric no longer seems to be available. I saw these which operate on the principle that the fabric reflects heat back into the hand. Does it work? Yes to some extent and my hands did seem slightly warmer. They are also a good fit. However, they are thicker than other lightweight gloves and have quite obtrusive seams on the inside although really only noticeable when you first put them on. I also find the smartphone-friendly fingertips annoying and superfluous, but then I wear them for running and not looking at my phone. They are also quite expensive. So in summary, I did like them but there were a few niggles that stopped me from giving them top rating.”
