The Clifton is a favourite women's neutral road running shoes from Hoka One One. Clifton 7 features small changes on the heel counter and upper to deliver an improved fit. The new tab on the heel counter makes it super easy to pull on as well as delivering a sporty look. The improved upper is completely seamless and engineered to offer you breathability and comfort. The full-length EVA midsole offers you soft cushioning and takes away impact forces from your running.

I want to love these shoes; I have a worn out pair of Clifton 2's that have done hundreds of miles, and were my intro' to maximal shoes. Despite being the same size, these Clifton 7's are too small and make my feet and knees hurt! I wonder if - since Hoka now have the wide fitting - that the standard fitting is now narrower than it once was? Sadly I've worn them for 3 x 5km's so I can't return them now :-( I would strongly suggest you go up half a size or try the wide fitting, even if you're used to Hokas.

The service is excellent. The hoka trainers are nice but a bit on the small size so I think people may need to go a half size up. Otherwise great looking trainers not had a chance to run in them yet!

I am really disappointed with my purchase as I thought I'd purchased the best running shoes for my shin splints. The reviews on the shoes were fantastic, so thought that these would suit my needs. I wore them around the house for a couple of hours and felt fine, but after two short runs, my shins were painful and I didn't want to risk wearing them again. A lot of money to spend (£125) on a pair of shoes that didn't do what I thought.......
