“I’ve always used Brooks Ghost, but with the 13 it’s like running on air, the shoe gives you so much support when running and the muscles never feel too fatigued it’s a great neutral running shoe”

“Slightly different (better) cushioning than the previous -2 version. Better for 59 year old knees! Add the Glycerine for longer runs and/or even more cushioning.”
