Arahi 4 is Hoka One One’s super-cushioned over-pronation road running shoe. The J Frame runs along the inside of the shoe and wraps around the heel, to reduce the over-pronation of your foot. The J Frame in this version 4 is firmer but still flexible to offer you a lightweight, effective support and a smooth ride. The new upper is more breathable. Also available in wide fitting.

“I have high arches and this shoe has been really helpful in taking the pressure off of certain areas of my foot. The stable sole/midsole has also been very useful.”

“Hoka arahi are my number 1 brand, I can’t fault them for support and I prefer them to other support brands as I don’t feel they are as thick/padded as some which I prefer, although the support is excellent.”
