“I have bought 5 or 6 different sorts of running socks from you over the last 3 months as I experiment with trying to find something that I can bear on my feet which are blistered and feel over-tender due to chemotherapy. And to have something to look forward to when I do resume running. These were my first purchase and the one pair I can wear comfortably for working out and gentle walking. I also wanted to say thank you because I ordered some socks I didn’t want by mistake and emailed you to see if we could stop the order and swap for the thing I had meant to buy. A very helpful woman called me back and all was sorted- so I’m impressed by your customer service.”
