“Love the shoe, ordered them after I signed up for a very last minute for a trail ultra! I knew I'd have less than two months to break them in, but just a couple weeks in and I'm confident they'll do great on race day. Thanks Run and Become for shipping them so quickly!”

“OK, they aren't cheap but I've tried cheaper ones and they didn't do the job. These feel really sturdy. I have quite wide feet, and these are just wide enough but have a firm hold to them. If my feet get any wider, I'm not sure what I could wear. They have some height to them, so I feel taller wearing them, and compatred to my road shoes (Brooks) they are heavier. This is quite understandable considering how tough they appear to be but it's worth remembering that when you try to run equal distance and tire out easily. Aftyer searching for months trying to find the right pair of trails, and found these, I bought two pairs to save me the same hassle again too soon. They are water resistant so I believe so I use them with small Salomon running gaiters to help prevent soggy feet, and mud getting in the laces. Awesome. Great to support a smaler business to like Run and Become. Their service has been really excellent.”

“I am delighted with my Salomon Speedcross-the fit is fantastic-- I was confident in Run and Become that if I tried them at home and they were not right I would be able to exchange or get a refund. They are great to run on muddy trails-excellent traction-very supportive -I put them on and just go-these are proper trail running shoes and enhance the whole experience. Have been able to jump across streams in the forest on muddy steep banks and get a good footing-also the water drains out and they dry quickly. They have enhanced my running experience totally! Thankyou Run and Become and for your online advice too.”

“Was uncertain as to whether to go for 6.5 or 7 and went for the smaller size and in the end had to go up to a 7 - as they are wide fitting but not really wide. Once up half a size they are perfect and really super comfy for running. Service from run and become was excellent.”
