This is the wider fitting version of the women's Adrenaline GTS 19 - the stability shoe that's thrown away the rule book thrown away the rule book. Brooks are now looking beyond the foot and focusing primarily on the knee which is where most running injuries occur. Gone are the firm medial posts, instead GTS 19 has a two part GuideRail which sits on top of the midsole and extends up into the upper. The GuideRails are designed to act like the bumpers in a bowling alley to keep halt excess movement and the foot moving in the right direction.
