X Talon 260 Ultra is what the X Claw 275 has evolved into. Designed for longer off trail runs, it offers more cushioning and protection than other fell shoes over longer distances. The Standard Width fitting offers extra room in the toe box to allow the foot to expand as the mileage increases.

“Love these. Was a bit worried at first as the ankle parts dug in a little. Nothing to worry about though, wore them for a 4 hr hill run after a week of short runs and they were great.”

“Great service from Run and Become, and a lot of patience for me to try multiple pairs. The Inov-8 X Talon 260 Ultras are a good, snug fit. They still feel a little solid on the back of the foot and need broken in a bit more, also the laces are a little too short if you're going to use the two eyelets to prevent heel slippage. That aside, they're comfortable on long runs and they have a great grip and give good confidence on the downhills and slippery surfaces.”

“Positives, it's really light they weigh next to nothing and the grip they provide is fantastic However... Not a fan of these shoes due to the left heel being faulty, which gave major pain after only a 5km run and has put me off completely. In short, if you get a decent pair they'll do you well - also buy a size down I wear an 11.5 normally and found an 11 fitted well”
