It doesn’t crisp even after days! (Not that I should be keeping gel that long in my hair but it happens to the best of us)
The smell
One thing I noticed is my hair shouldn’t be wet wet when using this product. It works better when its on its way to damp (if that makes sense) otherwise it doesn’t grip. But I’m a newbie to slicking my hair back so it could be error on my part.

“The do it all gel was something I was super curious about trying as I hadn’t really come across a product before that was meant to be so versatile. The packaging is lovely and feels super upmarket and you get a LOT of product - I don’t think i’ll need to restock for a while as a little goes a long way!! It’s perfect for slick back looks, I usually use it to slick my natural hair back so I can use my blow wow pony and make it blend so I don’t have to straighten my natural hair and it works wonders. The only reason I knocked off a star is because I found that it can leave a sort of tacky cast on your hair afterwards - when I used it for styling my natural curls I found it made my curls look amazing but I had to avoid touching as it would make my hands super sticky so I’m not sure if I would use it for styling personally but for slick back looks it’s amazing. If you’re planning on wearing your hair slicked for a few days this is perfect as you can just respray with water the next day and it almost reactivates the product and you can just brush it again to get it slicked which is nice. I have 3c curls so this could be a factor as to why I get the cast as my hair isn’t as coarse so it may work for other textures as a styling product a little better. I would still definitely recommend buying as it’s a great product to have on hand for slick styles and I haven’t ever worked with something as laid-down as this! :)”
