I washed and deep conditioned before use and the hair still feels very soft.
The hair does ‘puff up’ a bit once washed but can be tamed with water and curling cream or conditioner. Would recommend 100%”

I washed it with conditioner as soon as I got it. It's soft, curls are great and it doesn't shed. This ponytail has curls but is fine paired with 4c hair.
